At the CRNA, we are committed to regulatory excellence and safeguarding the public interest. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Projects to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of enterprise-level projects and initiatives that support the CRNA's strategic priorities. Reporting to the Director, Planning, Risk, Procurement & Projects, this role serves as a central point of coordination for enterprise projects across the organization.
The Senior Manager provides delivery oversight, performance tracking, and operational insight to support informed decision-making and successful implementation. The role also provides oversight of the learning and development function, ensuring organizational learning priorities align with workforce needs, change initiatives and project delivery requirements.
