The College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) has had a transformative year.
The 2022-2023 practice year saw the College advance ground-breaking changes in how we register nurses, assist applicants and utilize technology. The annual report outlines our achievements for the year, and features statistics and facts that illustrate our successes.
This report highlights/showcases how we have continued to operate using a Right-touch regulatory approach.
The CRNA is committed to excellence in nursing regulation for the health of all Albertans, and this report speaks to our commitment to doing our part In Alberta's health care ecosystem, and to the fiscal responsibility we owe to the public and our registrants.
The annual report and the financial statements were presented to Council and sent to the Honourable Adriana LaGrange, Minister of Health. The documents are for the fiscal and registration period of Oct. 1, 2022, to Sept. 30, 2023.
