Introducing Digital Permits for Registrants in Alberta

The College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) is embracing technology and offering registrants a new convenient and secure way to access their permits digitally. Registrants will now be able to download their permits from College Connect, to their devices using platforms such as Apple Wallet and Google Wallet.

Benefits of digital permits include:

• Convenience: Registrants will be able to access their permits anywhere at any time and will no longer need to carry a physical permit.
• Real-time updates: Registrants will always have access to their most up-to-date permit.
• Security: Permits are stored in secure platforms such as Apple Wallet and Google Wallet which use various methods to protect users' data.
