Graphic Designer
At the CRNA, we are dedicated to advancing regulatory excellence, and as part of this commitment, we are seeking a Graphic Designer to enhance our Communications & Engagement (C&E) team by bringing complex information to life through compelling visuals.
In collaboration with the Strategy Execution team, this position will play a key role in creating branded content across various digital and print channels, ensuring alignment with the CRNA’s communication and engagement objectives. Working closely with internal partners, the Graphic Designer will support the organization’s storytelling efforts by developing infographics, reports, social media graphics and other design assets.
What You Will Do
- Transform Complex Information: Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop infographics and other visual assets that make complex information accessible and engaging.
- Brand & Visual Identity: Design and produce print and digital materials that align with the CRNA’s brand, including documents, reports, presentations and social media assets.
- Web & Social Media Support: Assist in designing graphics for the website and managing social media content as needed.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Uphold the CRNA’s visual brand guidelines and provide branding expertise to internal collaborators.
- Partner Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with colleagues, organizational partners and subject matter experts to ensure effective visual communication.
- Industry Best Practices: Stay informed about evolving design trends, print production processes and emerging technologies to continuously improve the CRNA’s visual content.
What You Possess
Education
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Skills & Competencies
- Graphic Design Expertise: Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design, branding and layout principles.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with website CMS and HTML is an asset.
- Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal partners, receive and incorporate feedback and support cross-functional teams.
- Creative & Strategic Thinking: A keen eye for design, problem-solving skills and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
- Team-Oriented Mindset: Strong team-building skills and a commitment to contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment.
